Mechanical Contracting:
Installation of pumps, tanks, belt conveyors, dye machines, chillers, cooling towers, dryers, air compressors, slitters, laminators, noise enclosures, pneumatic conveyors, dust collectors, production machinery, air handlers, separators and boilers.
Process Piping:
Fabrication and installation of piping systems for compressed air, compressed gases, low and high pressure steam, low and high pressure condensate returns, chilled water and chilled water returns, chemical distribution, waste water and food grade products.
Electrical and Control Wiring:
Installation of complete electrical systems, power wiring and conduit, lighting systems, controls and process applications and maintenance.
High Purity Tubing Systems:
Fabrication and installation of high purity tubing systems for the Bio-Pharmaceutical industry to include high purity process pipe, purified water systems (WFI, USP), clean steam systems, clean-in-place systems and process gas piping. Utilizing automatic orbital fusion GTAW Welding.
Quality Program:
Maintain a quality plan that adheres to US FDA quality systems regulations under Title 21 CFR part 820 and provides proper documentation that meets BPE-2016 B31.3, ASME Section IX, and cGMP standards. Includes: Documented quality program, certified welding procedures, certified welders and operators, sanitary high/purity QA program, turnover packages and customized clients’ requirements
“R” Stamp:
Repairs and alterations to pressure retaining items, boilers and pressure vessels. All done in accordance with NBIC/ASME BPVC requirements.
Custom Metal Fabrication:
Fabrication of stainless steel items including transfer chutes, hoppers, hoods, filters, tanks and conveyors. Other metal fabrication includes: catwalks, personnel platforms, equipment supports, structural fabrications and storage racks.
Plant & Production Maintenance Services:
Services to support the continuous operation of production facilities, including electrical, mechanical, and maintenance personnel as required. We work closely with plant management and personnel to meet general maintenance requirements and to implement and maintain needed quality programs.
Process Exhaust Systems:
Fabrication and installation of process exhaust systems including rectangular and round air ductwork, fans, damper, machinery hoods, vacuum systems, etc.
Mechanical Insulation:
Installation of thermal insulation for piping, ductwork and equipment to ensure energy efficiency and personnel protection.
